Report MOD claim

After the accident you should immediately, as soon as possible, but not later than in 3 (three) business days report the accident in written to Compensa.

If it is not possible to submit an application on the portal, please contact the number +371 67558888 during the working hours of the main office.

In order for Compensa to process claims more quickly, please attach images of the vehicle to the application.

Steps after receiving a claim application:

  • After the vehicle is presented to the repair shop representative, we will wait for the repair estimate,
  • We will review and approve the estimate as soon as possible, but not later than within 5 business days after the receipt of all necessary documentation,
  • If the policy provides an excess, you can make the payment at the repair shop upon receiving your vehicle after the repairs,
  • We will notify you after sending the agreed estimate to the repair shop,
  • After receiving our message, contact the repair shop to arrange the time when repairs can be made.
