Compensa will contact the medical institution in cooperation with the client support helpline and will guarantee paying for the medical service if such an agreement is required, as well as will settle the insurance claim formalities and the payment of invoices for the services received.
! If the insured event has occurred in Turkey or Egypt, before receiving medical assistance, the Insured Person has a duty to contact with the Support Service in order to organize medical assistance and to receive instructions, coordinating the amount of the planned and necessary expenses.
If the medical expenses of the Insured are not agreed with the Insurer, the Insurer shall be entitled to indemnify the medical expenses only in the extent to which the Insurer would have indemnified such expenses, when organizing them through the Support Service.
