Terminate business insurance policy
To cancel a policy, a request must be submitted.
You can submit the request in the most convenient way for you:
- Fill out the request form.
It must be signed.
Send the completed and signed form by email to info@compensa.lv. - Submit it at any Compensa service center.
- Mail it to the head office:

What happens with the unused premium?
The unused premium can be:
- Transferred to another policy or reserved for future transactions.
SAVE! Administrative fees of 15% of the unused premium, required by the Insurance Contract Law, will not be charged. - Transferred to the policyholder’s bank account.
The payment will be made within 2 weeks of receiving the request.
