Plan your departure times in advance and arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight.
By calling 8888, the support service will provide assistance, coordinate necessary medical treatment, and, if needed, arrange transportation.
Compensa, in cooperation with the assistance service, will contact the medical facility and guarantee payment for the service if such an arrangement is necessary, as well as handle the insurance claim formalities and settle invoices for the received services.
! If an insurance event occurs in Turkey or Egypt, before receiving medical assistance, it is the insured person's duty to contact the Assistance Service to organize medical care, receive instructions, and coordinate the planned necessary expenses.
If the insured person's medical expenses are not coordinated with Compensa, we reserve the right to reimburse medical costs only to the extent that they would have been covered if organized through the Assistance Service.
