Actions after submitting a claim

  • After showing your vehicle to the service center representative, we will wait for the repair estimate.
  • We will review and approve the estimate as quickly as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving all necessary documents.
  • If your policy includes a deductible, you can pay it at the service center when collecting your vehicle after the repairs are completed.
  • We will inform you when the estimate approval has been sent to the service center.
  • After receiving our notification, contact the service center to agree on the repair schedule.
