Submit a claim on the portal

If it is not possible to submit via the portal, please report by phone at 8888 during the main office working hours.

Immediately, as soon as possible, but no later than 3 working days after the incident, call Compensa’s 24/7 support line at 8888.
Follow the instructions provided by the support team.
Request and keep all documents provided by the support team.
Submit your Compensa claim form, attaching all necessary documents.

In case of livestock death:

A veterinary necropsy report detailing the circumstances of the incident and the cause of death,
Cattle disposal document,
Photo showing the deceased livestock

In case of forced slaughter of cattle:

Veterinary order for forced slaughter with a detailed description of the circumstances and the reason for the slaughter.
Delivery note from the slaughterhouse for the meat sent for processing.
Post-slaughter expert report from the slaughterhouse (recommended)

If the incident is related to illegal actions by a third party, a police report is required.
