After showing your vehicle to the service center representative, we will wait for the repair estimate.
We will review and approve the estimate as quickly as possible, but no later than 5 working days after receiving all necessary documents.
If your policy includes a deductible, you can pay it at the service center when collecting your vehicle after the repairs are completed.
We will inform you when the estimate approval has been sent to the service center.
After receiving our notification, contact the service center to agree on the repair schedule.
