How to proceed in case of an insurance claim?

  • Immediately, as soon as possible, but no later than 3 working days after the incident, call Compensa’s 24/7 support line at 8888.
  • Follow the instructions provided by the support team.
  • Request and keep all documents provided by the support team.
  • Submit your Compensa claim form, attaching all necessary documents.

What documents need to be submitted?

In case of livestock death:

  • A veterinary necropsy report detailing the circumstances of the incident and the cause of death,
  • Cattle disposal document,
  • Photo showing the deceased livestock

In case of forced slaughter of cattle:

  • Veterinary order for forced slaughter with a detailed description of the circumstances and the reason for the slaughter.
  • Delivery note from the slaughterhouse for the meat sent for processing.
  • Post-slaughter expert report from the slaughterhouse (recommended)

If the incident is related to illegal actions by a third party, a police report is required.
