What to do if you need assistance or emergency services?

If an accident occurs and you need roadside assistance, call 8888 or, if abroad, +371 6755 8888.

  • Assistance is provided by the insurer. Please note — coverage is valid only if the service is provided by a provider approved by the insurer.
  • Assistance coverage is valid only if it is included in your insurance policy.

Assistance coverage includes:

  • Transporting the vehicle after an accident or breakdown.
  • Starting the engine using jumper cables.
  • Replacing a flat tire with the spare tire in the vehicle.
  • Fuel delivery if you unexpectedly run out of fuel.
  • Help with safety system issues.
  • Unlocking blocked doors.
  • Unlocking automatic transmission gearboxes.
  • Minor repairs, such as temporary covering of broken glass, topping up coolant, defrosting door locks, and securing loose parts (exhaust, protective bars, etc.).

How to receive compensation?

  • Call the police or complete the accident report form.
  • Take photos of the accident scene and the damaged areas of the vehicle.
  • Submit a claim via the Compensa portal.

What to do at the accident place?

Immediately take all necessary actions to prevent further damage or reduce the extent of the loss.

Report the accident to the appropriate authorities, such as the police.
