Medical Expenses
- Medical certificate from the relevant medical institution with a precise diagnosis confirming the injury or illness, invoices for received services, payment documents, and travel tickets.
Baggage Delay
- Baggage claim tag.
- Boarding pass.
- Airline certificate confirming the baggage delay with the specified delay time, as well as receipts for necessary expenses incurred due to the delay.
- Baggage receipt document showing the date and time the baggage was received.
Baggage Damage or Loss
In case of damage – travel tickets, baggage claim tag, airline certificate confirming damage to the suitcase/bag and items, and the compensation amount (if any), list of damaged items, photos of the damaged suitcase/bag and items, purchase receipts (if available).
In case of loss – travel tickets, baggage claim tag, airline certificate confirming the baggage loss and any compensation paid to the insured (if applicable), receipts for any purchases made during the trip due to the loss, list of lost items with approximate value.
Flight Delay
- Full flight itinerary printout.
- Airline certificate confirming the flight delay/cancellation, specifying the delay/cancellation time and reason.
- Receipts for alternative transport and/or hotel expenses.
- Receipts for meals and transport services from the airport to the hotel and back.
- Boarding passes.
Trip Cancellation
- All receipts and/or invoices proving the insured paid for the planned trip or package.
- Certificate from the travel organizer confirming the planned trip and any refund received for the canceled trip.
- Medical certificate from a healthcare institution with a diagnosis (in case of sudden illness) and details of hospitalization.
Important! You must inform the insurer of the trip cancellation as soon as possible, but no later than the start date of the planned trip, while in the country of residence and before beginning the trip.
Additional documents may be requested by the insurer to confirm the occurrence of the insurance event.
