Commitment to Accessibility
Compensa is committed to making our digital services accessible and user-friendly for as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to create a website based on internationally recognized standards to ensure a comfortable user experience for all.
Accessibility Standards
We strive to implement the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and to meet level AA requirements. These guidelines help us ensure that the content is:
- Perceivable – users can access and understand the content regardless of sensory limitations.
- Operable – interfaces can be navigated using keyboards and assistive technologies.
- Understandable – pages and their elements function consistently and predictably.
- Robust – our services work well with modern assistive technologies such as screen readers.

We are continuously working to improve our services by updating and enhancing website features and accessibility.
E-Store / Self-Service Accessibility
Currently, our e-shop and self-service platforms are not yet fully aligned with accessibility standards. We recognize the importance of this and are actively working to offer updated versions as soon as possible, making them more convenient for all users, including those who require additional accessibility solutions.
The new platforms will feature extended functionality, greater convenience, and better service accessibility for users with diverse needs. Planned updates will include adjustable font sizes, high-contrast modes, step-by-step wizards, integration with a wide range of assistive tools, and more. These improvements are expected to be implemented by early next year to ensure full compliance with applicable accessibility requirements.
We believe these changes will provide a smoother, more inclusive digital service experience for all users.
Ongoing Commitment
Accessibility is a continuous goal. We regularly assess and improve our digital services to better serve all users, including those using assistive technologies.
