After the accident you should immediately, as soon as possible, but not later than 90 days report the accident in written to Compensa.

Documents required for the review of an insurance claim

Unemployment: in case of sudden job loss:

  • Certificate from the State Employment Agency regarding the granting of unemployed status;
  • Certificate from the State Social Insurance Agency regarding the granting of unemployment benefits;
  • Copy of the employment contract;
  • Agreement on the termination of employment;
  • Bills, payment documents.

Incapacity: if temporarily unable to work due to illness or accident:

  • Doctor's certificate of illness;
  • A and B incapacity sheets;
  • Bills, payment documents.
