Immediately after the critical illness is diagnosed, as soon as possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days, inform Compensa in writing by sending the completed claim form to veseliba@compensa.lv.

- Insurance claim form for a critical illness.
- Specialist doctor’s report with the final diagnosis.
- Medical documents confirming the specific illness.
How to submit additional documents for an already registered case?
- You can scan the documents and send them by email to: veseliba@compensa.lv.
- If you prefer to submit the documents in person, you can do so at any of our customer service centers.
